Understanding our timings: “Dispatched in” and final delivery

The wording “Dispatched in [X–Y] working days” shown on product pages refers to the estimated time needed to process your order before it is handed over to the courier.

This time frame includes order checks, product preparation, packing and — for some items — supplier lead times.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, courier transit time is added, meaning the time needed to transport the parcel from our warehouse to the delivery address.

• Dispatched in = order handling and preparation (before the courier collects it)
• Courier transit = transport time after dispatch
• Estimated delivery = overall estimate (handling + transit), depending on the destination zone

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
