Understanding Our Times: "Shipped within" and Final Delivery
The phrase "Shipped within [X-Y] working days" found on the product pages indicates the estimated time interval required to process your order before it is handed over to the courier. This period includes several phases: order verification, physical preparation of the product, careful packaging and, for some specific items or brands (such as technical components, custom-made products, or items not immediately available in stock), it may also include the time required for specific procurement from our supplier. We always do our best to meet the indicated timelines and ensure maximum transparency.
In addition to the handling and shipping times, there are also "Delivery Times" (or transit times), which represent the time taken by the selected courier to transport the package from our warehouse (once the order has been processed) to your destination address. These times vary significantly based on the final geographic area and the shipping service used. You will find detailed estimates of transit times for each area in the sections below.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of purchase confirmation, based on the selected destination country. We remind our Customers that some of our products, especially if purchased in particular size or color variants, or items that require specific procurement, may have longer handling and shipping times than those indicated, caused by ad hoc production or waiting by the supplier on the order received. SHIPPING ITALY
- For orders between 0 and 99 euros: shipping costs will be 6.00 euros
- For orders over 99 euros: shipping costs will be FREE
- Handling and shipping times: times are indicated on the individual product pages (see explanation above).
- Delivery times (courier transit): generally 1 to 3 working days from dispatch .

EUROPE SHIPPING 1
- For orders between 0 and 189 euros: shipping costs will be 10 euros
- For orders over 189 euros: shipping costs will be FREE

For purchases destined for countries that do not belong to the European Union, VAT/TAX will not be applied to the prices displayed, however, it is possible that upon delivery of the order you may be required to pay taxes, customs duties or office fees corresponding to the country of destination.
