The new Arai RX-7V Evo full-face helmet surpasses the already very high standards of its predecessor, where the new "Evo" is further improved. First of all in the homologation, now ECE R22-06, (it requires a more stringent test process than the previous ECE R22-05 homologation and foresees more points of impact, as well as an oblique test to measure the rotation of the helmet), the ventilation is even more evolved thanks to the improvements in the internal channels, the ergonomics of the cheek pads have improved in the event of an impact. Precisely for this last reason, Arai produces the most rounded, smooth and resistant outer shells possible to improve the helmet's ability to slide and deflect energy. This, together with the one-piece inner shell with differentiated densities, represents a unique feature and the heart of Arai's philosophy.
Then we find all the features that have made the RX-7V a successful helmet, such as the VAS system for closing the visor (Variable Axis System the visor does not pivot on a fixed point, but to move it follows a fixed path ), the locking system derived from the one used in Formula 1, the completely removable interior and made of antibacterial and hypoallergenic material and the double ring closure.
