APPROVAL P / J
The Nolan N90 helmet can be used both with the open chin guard (configuration J) and with the closed chin guard (configuration P), as the protective chin guard passes the homologation tests required by the UN / ECE regulation for full-face helmets.
ULTRAWIDE VISOR
The large surface of the visor, scratch-resistant (S / R - Scratch Resistant), allows a greater view, even from the side, thus ensuring maximum driving comfort and increasing active safety.
PINLOCK® FOG RESISTANT INTERNAL VISOR
The adjustment system allows you to adjust the draft of the Pinlock®, acting from the outside of the visor, without it being necessary to disassemble it.
SUN VISOR (VPS) WITH UV 400 PROTECTION
Printed in LEXANTM *, it provides S / R (scratch resistant) and F / R (fogging resistant) treatment and offers UV protection up to 400 nanometers. It can be easily dismantled for maintenance and cleaning.
AIRBOOSTER TECHNOLOGY
The exclusive "AirBooster Technology" upper ventilation system ensures optimal ventilation where the pilot's head is most needed: the air is, in fact, taken from the front air intakes and forced forcibly, without dispersion, in the most critical areas, to the to ensure maximum comfort even in extreme driving conditions.
CHIN GUARD ROTATION WITH ELLIPTICAL TRAJECTORY (PATENTED)
The rotation movement of the chin guard with elliptical trajectory allows to contain the front section of the helmet, when the chin guard is in the open position. Consequently, the "sail" effect is significantly reduced and the driving comfort equally guaranteed, even with the chin guard raised.
DUAL ACTION (PATENTED)
Exclusive chin guard opening system (patented) which, positioned in the center of the chin guard, allows it to be opened with one hand. The double action mechanism reduces the risk of accidental opening: only after activating the first release lever (or safe) is it possible, in fact, to lift the chin guard, acting on the second lever.
MICROLOCK2 (PATENTED)
It is a retention system with micrometric adjustment, double lever, patented. It is composed of an ergonomic opening lever in thermoplastic material and a second one, toothed and sealing, in aluminum. The toothed lever releases the micrometric clamp and it is therefore possible to open the chin strap only after the opening lever has made a very wide rotation. This expedient reduces the possibility of accidental opening.
MONOBLOCK PILLOWS
The internal foam padding of the cheek pads is designed to offer a homogeneity of pressure and consistency of performance over time compared to that offered by traditional padding. They can also be extracted from the respective fabric lining covers to facilitate washing of the latter.
"CLIMATE COMFORT" INTERNAL COMFORT PADDING
Made with double density micro-perforated fabrics and, combined with the "AirBooster Technology" upper ventilation system, it favors the diffusion of air in the upper area of the pilot's head.
LINING OF INTERNAL POLYSTYRENE PILLOWS
The helmet has a molded coating of the internal polystyrene cheek pads which makes possible a more precise coupling of the cheek pad pads.
