From the encounter between experience in the world of racing and aeronautical inspiration, an innovative rear-view mirror is born: Stealth, an accessory dedicated to super sports cars. The mirror is made up of a fixed part, which allows it to be mounted directly on the hull, and a mobile part, which acts as a glass holder. Thanks to a rotation system that joins the two parts, with a simple gesture, it is possible to align the latter: in the closed position the mirror becomes an aerodynamic appendage.
While the glass holder is always the same, the fixed component connected to it is designed specifically for each of the super sports cars for which Stealth was developed, seeking the best solution in terms of fluid dynamics.
Stealth is machined from solid aluminium, is available in three different colors obtained through anodisation and is equipped with convex glass to allow greater visibility.
The design of Stealth, which resembles a wing, and the 25° inclination to the ground, make it visually linear and create an aerodynamic downforce effect, improving the bike's grip and riding performance, especially at high speed . The downforce achieved is approximately 4 kg at 300 km/h.
The ergonomic aspect has also been optimised: when the rider assumes a sporty driving position, the mirrors are at the same height as his eyes. In this way, the rider does not have to raise his position to have a rear field of vision, keeping his head protected by the fairing and, therefore, from the pressure that impacts the face at high speed.
On motorbikes which, in standard configuration, have mirrors with integrated front indicators, in combination with Stealth Rizoma recommends the purchase of Light Unit indicators (code FR070BM) for re-positioning the front indicators. Please check the mounting kit and wiring suitable for installing the Light Unit on your motorbike (to be purchased separately).
In the event of damage to the glass, it is possible to purchase a single replacement from a Rizoma retailer (the replacement is made up of a pair of glasses, which cannot be sold individually).
