With the Gringo SV, Biltwell takes the classic motorcycle aesthetic in a bold new direction. The result is a helmet with world-class comfort, function and style. There are vents directly integrated into the helmet shell, giving the helmet a bold silhouette while facilitating internal airflow. Channels within the EPS safety foam effectively dissipate heat and moisture build-up, ensuring comfort on your motorcycle rides. Additionally, sliding mechanisms behind the front vents allow riders to adjust the airflow in colder conditions and are easily operated with the gloved hand. The Gringo SV has an injection-molded ABS outer shell that is lightweight and compliant with US DOT FMVSS standard No. 218 and ECE R22.06 certified.

Note: the new R22.06 Gringo SV is not compatible with the old Gringo S visors because the closure has been improved. Replacement visors in different tints will be available soon!

• Molded urethane chin pad dissipates energy during frontal impact
• Chin strap features brushed fleece Lycra touchpoints for comfort and a D-ring retention system with red quick release pull tab for quick removal
• The CE certified injection molded polycarbonate visor features anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments for increased durability and safety
• Rugged hinge hardware with sturdy latches lets you ride with the shield open at low speeds to increase cooling airflow
• Anodized aluminum washers and stainless steel hinge screws can be interchanged with different colors and finishes to customize the look of your helmet (hinge hardware sets available separately)
• Removable/replaceable comfort liner and cheek pads are made with Lycra fleece and open cell foam padding to absorb and evaporate perspiration
• New BioFoam headform panel and vented polyester padding maximizes airflow around the head for cool, comfortable fit
• Molded EPS earphone pockets fit select aftermarket audio accessories
• Complies with US DOT FMVSS Standard No. 218 / ECE R22.06 certified

The helmet comes with a CLEAR TRANSPARENT VISOR.
